Components:
Characteristics/Signs/Symptoms of your disease. (Also include would the person look different, could you automatically tell they had a disease?)
How common is the disease (percentage of people that have the disease)?
What ethnic population does it affect? (If there is a specific ethnic group, for example cystic fibrosis is common in Caucasians)
How is the disease contracted (recessive inheritance, chromosomal, simple dominance, sex-linked etc.)?
What are the treatments for the disease? Is there a cure?
What current research is being conducted to find a cure, treatment, prevention, etc?
2 graphic or picture dealing with your disease
Any other interesting information.
